**mandatory rental agreement signature with with ID verification & choice of security deposit or optional waiver required for all bookings We are happy to discuss events and large gatherings with a separate fee and contract in addition to the short term rental. For groups or gatherings over 13 there is an additional fee of $250 - $1000 depending on event size and number of people.
