Other Details to Note

Mandatory release of liability & rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival check in. We are happy to discuss events and large gatherings with a separate fee and contract in addition to the short term rental. For groups or gatherings over 13 there is an additional fee of $250 - $1000 depending on event size and number of people. This is to cover the trash disposal and to maintain property which is charged separate. Please inquire for more information

Great property! We came here for a peaceful getaway, and it went beyond our expectations. Grilling steaks, relaxing by the campfire, soaking in the hot tub, taking serene walks around the property — the list goes on. This place was perfect! Everything you can ask for on a peaceful getaway. Private and spacious, this is the kind of place that will make you want to just stay on property and forget to see the rest of Georgia. Couldn’t ask for a more professional and friendly host, and couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view. The pictures are great, but this is the place you need to see for yourself.

Laura responded very quickly and even provided a phone number in case of emergencies. The view of the pond and the back yard was even more stunning in person. The rooms are nice and spacious and the overall space was very clean. Would definitely recommend this place and come back!!

This place has been beyond amazing. After our home flooded and our family had to be disrupted, we were able to walk in and feel right at home. We live local so it has been great. When we got settled, the weight of all the stress we were dealing with just melted away. Mrs. Laura has been amazing and very attentive. We loved this place so much, we extended our stay. With our kids and foster loves plus our pups, the porches having gates and the fence between the house and water has been perfect for our family. My husband and I have a large family and everyone was able to have their own space. Our kids have enjoyed the lake, woods, stairs, and so much more. One of our younger boys even caught his first fish. While on our stay, we unfortunately had a death in the family and it was so nice to have our extended family over to fish and just relax. The scenery and privacy has been so peaceful.

We spent our evenings playing games, fishing, and enjoying each other’s company in front of the crackling fire. We loved having breakfast on the spacious deck while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
